A Little History..
5 Star Enterprises, Inc. was formed in January 2005 by Jerald and Carol Smith. 5 Star was based out of our home and we began primarily as a residential construction company. The company started out building mostly spec homes. As people began to see our projects and notice the high quality and detailed workmanship, we started taking on more and more custom built homes and remodeling jobs. With this growth, we relocated our home office to a brand new building in Rogersville Industrial Park, Alabama, in March 2008.

What We Do..
Currently, we handle jobs of all sizes - from small remodels to major renovations and customconstructions. Since starting 5 Star Enterprises, Inc. in 2005, we have maintained an average annual growth rate of125%. In 2008 we expanded by adding a custom cabinet and millwork division. We currently have a total of 13 employees which are the highest quality and professional employees and subcontractors around. Jerald now manages the construction division of the company and Carol manages the cabinet division. With the combination of these divisions, we can handle any job with customer satisfaction as our number one goal.

Who We Are..
Jerald and Carol Smith combined have over 60 years of combined construction industry experience. 5 Star Enterprises, Inc., was named the 2007 Shoals Homebuilders Association Homebuilder of the Year. Unlike many homebuilders, we are licensed builders that carry general liability and workers compensation insurance. 5 Star Enterprises, Inc. is an active member of the SHBA, AGC, NFIB, Rogersville Chamber of Commerce and Shoals Chamber of Commerce.

Both Jerald and Carol have served on various boards and committees including SHBA Past President, Vice President, Board Member, Associates Council Members and Chairmen of various Sub-Committees; Alabama Home Builders Association Board Member; AGC Past President, Vice President and State Board Member; ABC Board of Directors Member; Alabama State Junior College Carpentry Competition Judge.
